Simple Zucchini Fries For Lunch

This is another new lunch idea, something quick that I threw together one day when I realised I was behind on grocery shopping. 

Yes I know, not a pretty plate.

Cook time? 30-40 minutes

Serving size 4 

Ingredients: 

  • 5 Zucchini 
  • Olive oil 
  • Salt 
  • Pepper 
  • Onion powder 
  • Parmesan cheese 

Directions 

  • First cut the ends off your zucchini, then cut it in half, and split your half down the middle, from there cut your 2 halved halves into smaller quarters whatever size you want them really. 

  • Then dump your parmesan sprinkle, and seasonings into another bowl, and add olive oil. Mix that all together and lightly layer on top of Zucchini before popping them in the oven on 350, for around 20 minutes.
