Hello there, today’s little update is about our first day back for 3 months. There’s so much going on here all the time, we all have different schedules and routines, but the first day back is always kind of exciting, that morning was no different.
I started the day by getting the chalkboard ready with our weekly Quote and points put up.

Myself, my husband and two room mates then had breakfast and went over the plan for our next 3 months, that day I made fruit and nutella wraps.

After breakfast and our little chat, I actually got to exercise with my husband which is rare because he works night shift, so he usually exercises in the afternoon when he gets up while I do mine in the morning, but I always have fun exercising with him because it seems to become a bit of a competition, and we push ourselves a bit harder.

We also did a bit extra on our usual routine because tonight we’re going out with friends and you wouldn’t believe how many calories are in just 1 shot.


After I got on my to do list for the day, a mixture of house cleaning and other little tasks to set me up for the week ahead. Were all very hopeful today, and we decided on our short term goals for the next 3 months.
Mine is to be 209 or under, which puts me losing about 10 pounds a month.
Kris wants to be at 248, which also puts him losing 10 pounds a month.
Nicole wants to be at 160, which puts her at 10 pounds for the next 3 months.
and Zach wants to be at 220, which puts him at losing 27 pounds over the next 3 months.
Our lunches were simple salads, and the rest of the day went pretty well, including our time with some new friends.
