Stuffed and wrapped Jalapeno peppers

This is a recipe I just tried out, and usually I won’t make something for the first time and put it on here but I couldn’t resist. My husband and I love spicy food but my hamsters don’t, so its rare I get the opportunity to make things like this.

Cook time? 30 mins-1 hour

Serving? 2

Ingredients:

  • 4 fresh Jalapenos
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • Mild cheddar
  • Bacon

Directions:

  • Cut just the ends off your Jalapenos, take a thin bladed knife and gently dig out the seeds and insides until its hallow.
  • Soften your cream cheese abit (I put mine in the microwave for 30 seconds) then add the mild cheddar and mix it all up well.
  • Stuff your peppers with your cream cheese mix, I used a butter knife to help me get it down to the bottom, and it seemed to work, just have a bit of patience.
  • Next wrap your peppers in bacon, and pop them in the oven, I let mine cook 20 minutes on 400, and remember to dump the grease every so often.

We hope you enjoyed this recipe, if you tried it out, did you make any changes? Let us know how it went!
