Chicken Fajita Bake

 I decided for my recipes to share with you the top picks of the people I usually cook for, and this Dinner dish is a favorite that we make probably at least once a month. 

                            

Cook time? 1 and a half hours. 

Serving for 4. 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
  • Half bag of Boneless Skinless chicken breast or tenders
  • 3 Bell pepper 
  • 2 White sweet onions
  • 2 tomatoes 
  • Fajita seasoning 

Directions: 

  • Cut chicken in long strips and place on a baking sheet with olive oil to bake for 1 hour while you cut and prep veggies. 
  • Cut onion, bell pepper and tomatoes in long sort of strips also, and place in Oven on a baking sheet with chicken after 1 hour, top with fajita seasoning and mix well, then allow to bake 20-30 minutes more. 

All done! 

My household usually pairs things like shredded cheese, Avocado and sour cream with this dish.
